Are migraines caused by our genes or our thoughts?

The mainstream and conventional health professionals distribute the untruth by saying that migraines are caused by external powers and are outside of our control because they are primarily hereditary. On the other hand, Pure Love World Life Coaching says migraines and other health conditions are primarily caused by internal powers — and are therefore within our control because we invite them with our thoughts.
Conventional health professionals say that if health conditions such as migraines run in the family, we are doomed to get them. That our genes define our reality, our lives, and our health — and there is not much we can do about it. They have conditioned us to think the same about other health conditions including diabetes, dementia, cancer, and obesity.
Why would they tell us this? Competition is the root cause. Almost all people compete. Competing entails following a continual two-step process: seeking acknowledgment from others for being or having the most or best of something, while preventing others from doing well in order to validate one's human existence. Conventional health professionals want to maximize profits and keep us dependent on their products and services — all at the cost of our health. Distributing the untruth to mislead others is the most effective way to help them compete. The cancer industry and the pharmaceutical industry illustrate that perfectly. It is a cycle that serves them — not us.
Even if the untruth is distributed, it does not have to be accepted. We have the moral obligation to seek the truth. The truth is: we all carry genetic weaknesses that predispose us to certain health conditions. However, we only manifest them when we lead an unhealthy lifestyle — mentally, emotionally, and physically. Based on the key principle of PLW Life Coaching, we must prioritize the invisible over the visible in our choices — if our intention is to feel well and be healthy.
The reason most of us suffer from conditions like migraines is that we invite them through our thoughts. When we are conditioned to believe they are hereditary and inevitable, we begin to think accordingly — generating thought patterns that cultivate migraines in our lives. And then we adapt our lifestyle by aligning it with that belief — consciously or unconsciously. As a result, we eat poorly, consume drugs like weed, sugar, and alcohol, and we exercise a minimum. That is because the conditioning starts in the mind, spreads to the emotional level, and finally to the physical. That is called the cycle of ill-being — and the multidirectional cascade of ill-being also contributes to our health conditions.
To overcome migraines we must simply break the cycle of ill-being. By prioritizing internal powers over external powers. We start with changing the way we think and feel — and use the physical level as reinforcement, including a healthy diet, regular cardio, and stretching.
